When you buy a home with Lonnie Bush Real Estate, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ll sell the home you bought with us for free or make a CASH OFFER to buy it. You must sign the Buyer Advantage Program contract prior to buying the home to be eligible as well as buy your new home with Lonnie Bush Real Estate. During the first 12 months after closing, if you are dissatisfied with the home you purchased with us for any reason…we will sell it with our full marketing system at no charge. Any commissions paid from this sale, will go directly to the buyer’s agent and not to us.
By signing up for our Buyer Advantage Program, you’ll be our client for life! Our goal is for you to be as happy with your home years from now, as you were the day you moved in. To help us meet that goal, we created the Raving Fan Club. You’ll get access to discounts from our approved vendors, access to our office copier, fax machine, in house notary, conference rooms and more!

MLS. You will be able to see all the homes for sale in Hampton Roads just as if you were
a Realtor. Set up custom search criteria, and get instant notification on homes that
interest you as soon as they hit the market. You’ll be able to act quickly before other
agents even get a chance to show them!

You have the right to cancel this agreement at any time without penalty up until the point that we present an offer to a potential seller on your behalf. Should you decide to cancel, you agree to do so in writing with at least 72 hours notice and present it to your Lonnie Bush Real Estate team agent. You also agree to allow us to remedy the situation, failing which, you will be released from the agreement.
Buyer Advantage Program Terms and Conditions:
You must sign the Buyer Advantage agreement before being shown your second home by a Team member from Lonnie Bush Real Estate. The second home policy is only fair in the event that a Team member meets you at the first home you called on for a showing and you were not aware of the Buyer Advantage Program. The seven home criteria for the cash at closing offer, begins with the second home we show you IF you were previously unaware of this exclusive program. The “Sell for free” advantage is limited in nature, time period and scope. This offer is only in reference to any fees normally charged by us. It does not include or refer to any charges by any other party such as the buyer’s agent commission, closing costs, etc. The “Home Warranty” advantage applies to a standard, customary residential service contract from a residential service company to warrant the repair and/or replacement of certain items or mechanical systems in your home. This company will provide coverage that is typical of that generally provided to buyers of existing homes in the specific market for your home. Your qualification for a mortgage loan is entirely dependent upon your particular circumstances and is beyond our control. This includes your income, assets, debts, and any credit reporting issues. We are not lenders, and we cannot make any guarantees in this regard. The Raving Fan Club is dependent upon our approved vendors and 3rd parties. Therefore, membership in The Raving Fan Club, its benefits and advantages are subject to modification or cancellation in whole or part at any time without prior notification. This document is a general description of the Buyer Advantage Program. Actual enrollment and participation will involve additional, more specific and binding documents. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless us and our agents, employees, officers, directors, and affiliates against any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities whatsoever, joint or several, which may arise out of or in connection with the these services and guarantees and our performance in regard to same. This indemnification and hold harmless provision shall not apply to any intentionally wrongful acts or gross negligence of said parties. Further, said indemnification and hold harmless shall be cumulative in regard to any other rights or defenses.
